The best course of action should you be looking for return or exchange products is to reach out to Whitehaus Collection directly. 

Please email parts@whitehauscollection.com and provide them the following information:

 -In order to properly validate your product and provide correct recommended parts please include a copy of your sales receipt or photo of the fixture to identify model number

-your contact/shipping information

-either take a photo of what part(s) are needed or a short video of the issue occurring if you are not sure what is needed.
